Client Service

The Client Service team works primarily with our customers to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals using our phenomenal healthcare IT talent.

People Support

Our People Support team works with our new operations and consultant employees to onboard them when they first start at Bluetree. They also work to offboard our consultants when their contracts are complete. 

Talent & Advocacy

Our Talent team works with our consultant and operational candidates to find the best fit for them at Bluetree. Our Advocacy team works for the benefit of all Blueleaves and oversees professional development opportunities, employee engagement, and ad hoc needs. 


Our Accounting team works with both our customers and our consultants to account for the financial side of our business.

Growth Strategy Executive Advisor

We're seeking a Growth Strategy Executive Advisor to join our Executive Leadership Solutions team to help our clients plan, develop, and optimize their Epic expansion programs including Community Connect, mergers and acquisitions, and instance consolidations. Our ideal candidate is a proven leader with broad healthcare IT experience, including deep knowledge of Epic projects, healthcare IT strategic planning experience, healthcare operational experience, sales and marketing expertise.


SQL DBA and Report Developer

We’re looking for a reporting and database administration expert to join our Technical Operations team. We have lots of data across a variety of sources and we need your expertise to help us harness that data and achieve actionable analysis of it to support our growing business. Our ideal candidate is located in Madison, WI but qualified candidates with a demonstrated ability to work remotely will also be considered.


People Support Coordinator

Your work at Bluetree will focus primarily on providing administrative assistance to the People Support team in connection to gathering and completing all onboarding requirements for Bluetree’s new employees and client projects. You will work closely with the People Support, TechOps, and Client Service teams to perform a wide variety of tasks to keep these departments running smoothly.


Managed Services Director

As the Director of Managed Services, your work will focus on the overall management of and client delivery related to the team and its operation. You'll partner with Client Services to demonstrate the value of our programs to clients, oversee client engagements, and assist with the growth of our programs including continuous improvement of tools, processes, pricing, proposals, and marketing. The Director also has the significant role of leading and growing our Managed Services team members.


Client Engagement Manager

You’ll work closely with client leadership and Bluetree application specialists to report project progress and metrics, escalate issues, and ensure project success. You’ll also periodically work as an application specialist where you will become a part of the client's application team and work with them to triage, diagnose, and resolve Epic support issues. A minimum of five years experience providing Epic application support and at least one Epic certification required.

Service Center Specialist

Your work at Bluetree will focus on providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Epic applications. Service Center Specialists must have a passion for delivering excellent customer service as well as strong technical expertise. We are seeking candidates who have a helpdesk background and/or experience with Epic. Previous healthcare operational experience is highly desired. Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience.
